Message	and they will use any way to raise more money. And we all know citations are the cheapest way of increasing revenues. The laws are already in place, it's just a matter of enforcing them and cashing in. Do you really think that a $271 fine for running a red light fits the crime? We all know it doesn't, but the state/cities has generated millions of dollars every year just from those cameras.
